JAMMU, Dec 9: Jammu lad, Piyush Bhagat, has made it to top six contestants of dance reality show ‘Dance Champion’ on ‘Star Plus’ channel.
The reality show ‘Dance Champion’ is aired on every Saturday and Sunday at 9 PM. Piyush’s future in the show is now completely depends on voting. The voting lines will be opened today at 9 PM and top 5 contestants will enter final of the show.
Piyush and his parents have appealed the people of his home State to vote for him and make him finalist by giving miss call on 18008439805. Voting lines are open from today (Saturday) 9 PM to Monday 9 AM. One vote will be counted for each SIM card.
Son of Alka Bhagat and Swarn Singh Bhagat, Piyush belongs to Channi Himmat area of Jammu. His father is a small businessman. He did his schooling from Jodhamal Public School, Channi Himmat and now he is pursuing B Com II year from a private college in Mumbai.
“Right from childhood, Piyush had love for dance. In the year 2010 when he was just 11-year-old, he not only participated in dance show ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom’ but was also declared as 1st runner up”, said Piyush’s father, Swarn Singh, while talking to the EXCELSIOR.
He said that this success encouraged Piyush further and he decided to make his future in the dancing. “The recent success came to him in 2016 when he was declared as 2nd runner up in ‘Dance Plus Season 2’ on Star Plus”, he further disclosed.
Revealing that presently Piyush is in top 6 contestants of Star Plus’ dance reality show ‘Dance Champion’ and his future in the show now depends only on voting, Swarn Singh appealed the people of the State to vote for him by giving miss call on 18008439805 between 9 PM of Saturday to 9 AM of Monday.
