JAMMU, May 12: The biggest ever spiritual event ‘Hanuman Yagya’ will be organized in Jammu on Hanuman Jayanti, next year.
The devotees from all over India besides other countries like Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Newzealand, Austria, England, USA and many more will be participating in this event scheduled to held in Jammu city from March 25-31 next year.
40 Huge statues of Hanuman in different poses will be erected at the venue. Yagya will be performed in 40 Hawankunds by Vedic intellectuals. There will be a painting competition of Hanuman pictures and Chanting Hanuman Chalisa competition daily for school children.
Organizing this biggest ever spiritual event is a feather in Jammu’s cap and it will boost tourism, as thousands of devotees are expected to reach here for this event. Many reputed saints Shankracharya and Mahamandleshwars are promoting this rare spiritual event.
Last month on the eve of Hanuman Jayanti, Governor N N Vohra had launched the website ‘www.hanumanyagya.org‘ for the event at Raj Bhawan. He had also launched a mobile app ‘hanumanyagya‘.
