Governor, CJ’s Secretariat re-opens at Srinagar

SRINAGAR, May 6 : The Secretariat of Governor and Chief Justice reopened here today.
Governor N. N. Vohra went around the various wings of the Raj Bhavan Secretariat and issued instructions to the officers and the staff for better management of office records and prompt disposal of all references. During inspection of the Raj Bhavan lawns and gardens, he stressed the improved maintenance of the entire Raj Bhavan estate.
Navin K. Choudhary, Principal Secretary to the Governor, and other Raj Bhavan officials accompanied the Governor during his rounds of the offices and estate.
The Chief Justice Secretariat and office of the Registrar General also re-opened after annual Darbar Move here today.
On the occasion guard of honour was presented by contingent of CRPF to Chief Justice, M.M. Kumar.
The Registry Officers including Registrar General, Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice, Registrar Judicial and Registrar Vigilance besides Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar welcomed the Chief Justice on the occasion.
