JAMMU, Mar 11:  Panun Kashmir (PK) today said that the father of slain terrorist Saifullah, Sartaj who refused to accept the body of his son saying that “a traitor cannot be his son deserves all salutations.
The President of Panun Kashmir Vijay Bhat in a statement here today said that Panun Kashmir salutes Sartaj, father of slain Saiffulah for his courageous act and nationalistic view for which every Indian feels proud of. Panun Kashmir appreciates the gesture shown by the father of the slain suspect who while speaking to reporters said, “we are Indian citizens. I was born here, my ancestors were born here.” He expressed his unhappiness over the links his son had developed with ultras over a period of time. He admitted that his son had left home two and a half months ago.
In a meeting held in Jammu the convenor of the party Ravinder Jalali lambasted the congress leader Digvijay Singh for making statements which amounts to the justification of ISIS presence in India. He said that such statements only encourage the anti-nationals and provides oxygen to the terrorists who are bent upon destroying the nation.
Vijay Bhat took a strong exception to the Maulvi Amir Rashid in Lucknow for inciting and provoking the father of terrorist and terming the killing of terrorist as an act of blasphemy and inciting people by calling, for removing the uniform of the policeman along with the skin who killed the terrorist. The President condemned Maulvi and appealed the Government for lodging an FIR against the Maulvi for provoking the people against the police and the Government. The statement of Maulvi amounts to waging a war against the nation.
The act of the father of slain terrorist should be an eye opener for the people of Kashmir who often come to the rescue of the terrorists and create obstruction for the forces to act against them rather than refraining and restraining their children from joining the so called Jihad which only brings destruction and devastation to their families, said Ravinder Jalali.
