Encounter in Budgam, 3 militants trapped

Srinagar, July 11: A fierce gun battle is on after security forces trapped three militants in a Budgam village of Central Kashmir tonight.
Police and Army cordoned off Radbugh village in Beerwah area of Budgam district tonight after reports about presence of three militants hiding in the house of one Mohammad Ramzan Dar son of Abdul Salam Dar.
Sources said that the security forces have information about presence of Dawood of Shalteng, Aqib Goripora and Javed Sheikh of Churpora Budgam inside the house. As the security forces cordoned off the village, militants hiding inside opened fire on the troops leading to a gun battle which is going on. More troops were rushed to the village and cordon has been strengthened to prevent militants from fleeing.
