JAMMU, Sept 1: Director School Education Jammu Smita Sethi today paid surprise visit to various educational institutions and took a review of their functioning.
She was accompanied by Chief Education Officer Jammu J. K. Sudan.
During the visit, the Director issued instructions to the teachers/masters of these institutions to work with missionary zeal and dedication. She directed for proper maintenance of leave account register and stressed for maintenance of cleanliness in the institutions. She emphasized that the Mid-day-Meal should be checked by the in-charge and teachers of the institution before serving.
Director asked the teachers to ensure that the home work is properly checked and dairies are maintained. She also directed for organizing regular parent teacher interactions to provide requisite feedback about the performance of the students.
The institutions which were inspected included HSS Sunjwan, MS Doodi Gujjar Colony, MS Langer, PS Doodi Gujjar Colony, PS Truta Talab, PS langer and SRML HSS Jammu.
