JAMMU, Aug 7: Faquir Chand Gupta, father of Dr Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Gastroenterologist and former Head of Department (HoD), Medicines, Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu, passed away tonight after a brief illness.
He is survived by five sons and daughters besides the grand children. The end came around 11 pm tonight.
He was about 85 and was ailing for past few days.
Cremation will take place at RS Pura cremation ground at 1 pm tomorrow (Tuesday).
