KISHTWAR, Nov 23: Taking strong note of violation of court order as well as the directions passed by Director FCS&CA Department Jammu, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana today placed Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO) Chatroo under suspension with immediate effect.
Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana in the suspension order issued today found the said officer guilty for selling the sanctioned Government ration at Bamanwag instead of sanctioned extension sale centre at Gulna Tagood which is in contravention to the directions and orders of Director FCS&CA Department Jammu and High Court J&K.
“Tariq Rasool Munshi, TSO Chatroo has been placed under suspension with immediate effect. The TSO Padder will hold the additional Charge of TSO Chatroo in addition to his own duties till further order”, reads the order.
District Statistical and Evaluation Officer Kishtwar has been appointed as enquiry officer who will conduct in depth enquiry into the matter and submit the report within 10 days.
