JAMMU, Feb 13: Clerical staff of various departments has urged upon the State Government to remove pay anomalies in the cadre without any delay.
In a meeting of the J&K Govt Employees & Workers Joint Action Committee held here today, the senior members including Babu Hussain Malik, Bharat Bhushan, Ashok Singh, Yash Paul Sharma and others urged upon the State Government to remove the pay anomalies in the pay grades of clerical cadre, implement 7th Pay Commission report without delay, increase medical allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 2000 per month and conduct DPC of the cadre twice a year.
They also condemned the remarks of Finance Minister Dr Haseeb Drabu against the employees with regard to their work.
