CB books tenants for producing fake sale deed

SRINAGAR, Aug 9: Crime Branch Kashmir booked tenants for producing fake sale deed.
As per official spokesman, Crime Branch Kashmir registered a case under FIR Number 32/18 under Section 420, 468, 471 and 120-B RPC against tenants Mohammad Amin Gojwari, son of Mohammad sultan Gojwari of Saria Payeen Amira Kadal and Khursheed Ahmad Shah, son of Mohammad Sadiq Shah of Maharaja Bazaar who hatched a criminal conspiracy with Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Rajesh Kumar, son of late Dwarka Nath Sharma of Darshani Gate Katra Jammu thereby managed insertions in the original property documents (sale deed) which was registered with Court of Sub-Registrar Srinagar.
The spokesman added that the property three-story building with shops which was purchased by the complainant Wazira from Chandra, wife of late Dwarki Nath of Maharaja Bazaar Srinagar, at present New Plots Jammu in 1996.
He said that the tenants have made insertions in connivance with the sons of erstwhile owner of the said property namely Rakesh Kumar Sharma and Rajesh Kumar Sharma fraudulently and dishonestly to grab the property of the complainant which is actually in the possession of the complainant and mutated/transferred in the name of the complainant in revenue records, adding that the investigation of the case has been taken up and is in progress.
