RAJOURI, June 29: A jawan of Border Security Force (BSF) today allegedly attempted suicide by sliting his throat.
According to a police spokesperson the Jawan identified as Constable T Prasad, a resident of Nepal of 80 Battalion under 93 infantry brigade this evening attempted suicide by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon.
He said the Jawan was rushed to a nearby hospital where his condition was stated to be critical.
