Bootlegger held

JAMMU, July 28: Railway police Katra today arrested a bootlegger along with 22 pouches of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, railway police laid a naka and apprehended Ishwas Kanra, son of Kali Ram of Nawan Bilaspur, residing presently in Katra.
During search, police recovered 22 pouches of illicit liquor, which the bootlegger was smuggling through train for selling in holy town Katra.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered and investigation started.
Police team headed by Shahzad Ahmed Khan SHO GRP Katra made the arrest under the supervision of SSP Railways Katra AK Mahajan.
