BJP working for welfare of all sections of society: Kavinder

JAMMU, Mar 19: Former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta today said that the agenda of the BJP is to work for the welfare of the people.
Interacting with leaders of BJP in a meeting held here Gupta said that, BJP will continue to do social service, despite all the opposition.
The meeting was attended by former Minister, Priya Sethi, State general secretary, Yudhvir Sethi, Baldev Billowria, Rajesh Gupta former MLA, Jugal Dogra, Vinay Gupta, Anil Masoom, Sunil Sharma and other prominent leaders of the party.
He said the present Modi led Government is completing the long pending projects in the State and in whole of the country as well.
Gupta said faith in PM Modi among all sections of society had increased, especially among the women and youth of the country. This has been possible only due to the policies launched and steps taken for the upliftment of all sections of society by the Prime Minister. He is the favourite Prime Minister for 2019 as he treats all 133 crore people of the country alike while other parties have been discriminating with them for the basis of vote bank politics ,” Gupta added.
Gupta blamed the Congress, PDP and NC leaders for the poverty and backwardness of the almost every section of society in the State, saying these parties had done injustice to all except their own families.
He further said that these parties have also betrayed the people of Kashmir and exploited them for decades together just to garner votes risking the lives of youth of Kashmir and playing with their emotionally to divert their mindset towards separatism.
Gupta said Muslims are safe in the hands of Narendra Modi and there is no problem to them in his Government.
He said Muslims have full faith on the statements made by BJP chief, Amit Shah and Prime Minister, Narendra Modi,”. “Our party president and our Prime Minister have never given any statement that would hurt Muslims,” he added. He expressed the hope that the community would back the Saffron party in the 2019 general election.
He asked the BJP leaders in the meeting to reach out to the people with the policies and initiatives taken by Prime Minister, Modi and ensure the victory from all six Lok Sabha seats to strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Modi.
