JAMMU, Mar 9: State BJP conducted a review meeting ahead of its “Maha Rally” to be organized on March’ 11 here at Dushehra ground, Gandhi Nagar.
The meeting was attended by its State office bearers, party MLAs, MLCs, district presidents, district prabharis from around the region.
It was chaired by BJP State president & MLA, Sat Sharma while State general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul, State general secretaries, Dr. Narinder Singh, Pawan Khajuria & Harinder Gupta, Speaker Kavinder Gupta, Minister for PHE Sham Choudhary also attended it.
The threadbare discussions were held to review the preparations for a mega rally to be organized by the party to showcase the achievements of party’s public representatives.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the meeting focused on the need to highlight all the achievements of the Coalition Government before the public. He said that BJP as an organization has always remained on the forefront of struggle for the public causes even when it was not a part of the Government. He said that after sharing the Government in the State, BJP has increased its efforts manifold in the mission to serve the public on all fronts.
Ashok Kaul deliberated on all the important assignments related to the rally. He also enquired about the steps the party activists have taken to ensure the maximum participation of activists and general public in the rally. He focused on the need to ensure that no traffic chaos or any other problem should be caused in the vicinity of rally area. He shared his valuable suggestions regarding the various rally management issues. He said that the sole issue of the rally is to take various achievements by BJP’s public representatives to the public and that is to be ensured by sincere efforts by all party functionaries.
