JAMMU, Aug 11: The Government today ordered transfer of Abdul Majid Bhat, Secretary, Legislative Council and posted him as Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
He will continue to hold charge of the post of Secretary Legislative Council, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
