JAMMU, Jan 15: Ongoing budget session of the Assembly was today extended up to February 12 in view of four-day recess on the occasion of Republic Day.
The Assembly session, which was scheduled to adjourn on February 10, has been extended by two days and will now end on February 12, a revised bulletin issued by Legislative Assembly Speaker, Kavinder Gupta said.
The Assembly will be off from January 25 to 28 due to Republic Day celebrations as the Ministers have to go to district headquarters for unfurling tricolor.
