KATHUA, Sept 4: A meeting of All J&K +2 Lecturers Forum, Kathua was held in which a threadbare discussion was held on various issues pertaining to the lecturers community.
The house resolved to solve the long pending demands of the lecturers viz-a-viz running grade pattern to +2 Lecturers, regularization of all cadres including all dropout cases and Lecturers in Physical Education, issuance of order regarding transparent transfer Policy and its strict implementation to minimize the victimization, inclusion of +2 cadre in the feeding services, restoration of 40% college quota, deputation of lecturers for PhD, reorganisation of the School Education Department, completion of rationalisation process at the earliest, parity in Board assignments taking due consideration of seniority and experience.
Those who spoke on the occasion include Jatinder Sethi (district president) , Subash Sharma, Ghulam Abbas, Paawan Vivek, Ashwani Kumar, Satish Chandel, B R Thapa, Rajinder Sharma, Prem Nath Verma, Chander Mohan, Dr Devinder Sharma, Vikas Malpotra and Pawan Sharma.
