LOS ANGELES, Sept 26: Actor Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria has slammed post-baby body shamers, asking them to not spread negativity.
Hilaria, 32, who welcomed son Leonardo earlier this month, took to Instagram with a close up shot of her while cuddling alongside her baby boy by captioning it- “And the after party begins.”
Hilaria also shared a video of herself stretching before a workout but some fans gave a strong reaction saying that she should take a few months break to spend time with her little one.
To which the mother of three replied in a long note.
“Every body is different. Every pregnancy is different. My pregnancy, birth and recovery is between ME AND MY DOCTOR. As yours should be. This is my third baby… So obviously I’ve done this before. Fitness is my job which means my body is accustomed to working out.
“I ran through much of my pregnancy and worked out throughout the entirety of it. I take these videos and show you these health tips simply as a window into what I do so I can help you in any health journey you are embarking on,” she wrote. (PTI)
