POONCH, Apr 16: All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation (AJKLTF) in its monthly meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Dr Dharminder Shastri, District Co-ordinator, announced its new team of office-bearers for Poonch district.
The new team include Darshan Bharti as president, Mohinder Bali as general secretary, Gurvinder Singh as convener, Sunil Sharma as organizing secretary, Fayaz Arzoo, Sanjeev Dutta (Surankote) and Mohd Shafiq Choudhary (Mendhar) as vice presidents, Yogesh Kumar and Amarjeet Singh as joint secretaries, Jeevan Prakash as cashier, Neetan Sharma as publicity secretary and Ramesh Kumar as office secretary.
Rainder Dutta, Pardeep Sharma, Chaman Sharma, Jyoti Sharma, Vijay Geeta, Parmila Dutta and Shivani Misri were elected as district executive members.
Meanwhile, the Federation also announced that it will organize a seminar on “Need of Reforms in Education Sector” on May 14 at Poonch, wherein prominent educationists from across the State would be invited to present their papers.
