JAMMU, Aug 1: An accident victim today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
The victim identified as Karan (30) son of Lala Ram, resident of Punjab, was injured yesterday when a speeding car hit a bike on which he was travelling, at Hiranagar. He was first rushed to a nearby hospital but later referred to GMCH Jammu, where he succumbed to his injuries today at about 11:30 AM.
After postmortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites while the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
