SRINAGAR, June 28: Minister of State for Transport (Independent charge) Sunil Kumar Sharma today said that Battery cars are plying at scheduled intervals from Adhkunwari to Bhawan and back on Himkoti Marg.
Replying to a question of Jugal Kishore Sharma, the Minister said there are eight battery cars registered in ARTO office Reasi and all these vehicles have been registered on the name of Director M/s Inderprasth Automobiles Pvt Ltd,which is a company owned by a state subject. He said only one route permit has been issued by RTA Reasi while as other seven route permits have been issued by RTA Udhampur.
