7 injured as minibus rolls down

UDHAMPUR, Oct 10: Seven passengers were injured when a minibus, they were traveling in, rolled down in a deep gorge at near village Panj Grai, in between Udhampur and Nagrota.
The minibus, bearing registration number JK14B-9422, was on way from Nagrota Panj Grai to Udhampur when it met with the accident. Locals and police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur.
The injured were identified as Ajeet Singh (27), son of Sham Singh of Chanunata, Ramesh Kumar (39) son of Danu Ram of Panj Grai, Ashok Kumar (47) son of Bali Ram of Kidmu, Ratoo Devi (40) wife of Kaka Ram of Hansa Ramnagar, Kaka Ram (52) son of Chowdhary of Hansa, Krishni Devi (58) wife of Mast Ram of Nagrota and Ashwani Kumar (48) son of Dina Nath of Udhampur.
Meanwhile, a train passenger fell down from moving Jammu Mail Train near village Darsoo, here today. He was immediately shifted to District Hospital Udhampur and his condition was stated to be stable. The injured was identified as Deepak (19), son of Isham Singh of village Goudar, district Karnal in Haryana.
