JAMMU, Nov 27: Full Court, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of State High Court, Justice M M Kumar, has ordered promotion of five District and Sessions Judges.
According to the order issued by Suresh Kumar Sharma, Registrar General, District and Sessions Judges Rakesh Sagar Jain and Ashok Kumar Koul have been placed in the Super Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judiciary Services with effect from August 18 and September 1, 2014 respectively.
Similarly, District and Sessions Judges Bala Jyoti, Subash Chander Gupta and Shujat Ali Khan have been placed in the Selection Grade with effect from August 18, September 1 and November 27, 2014 respectively.
Meanwhile, Naushad Ahmad Khan, Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Poonch and Sunil Sangra, Sub-Judge/ Special Mobile Magistrate Kathua have been directed to swap their respective place of posting.
According to another order, Noor Mohd Mir, Munsiff Gurez has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Bandipora; Fozia Paul 1st Addl Munsiff Srinagar and Tabassum Qadir Parray, Munsiff Choodra have been directed to swap their respective place of postings.
Renu Dogra, Munsiff Kathua has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Majalta. Swati Gupta, Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Billawar has been transferred and posted as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Samba vice Parvin Pandoh.
Sudesh Sharma, Munsiff Majalta has been transferred and posted as Munsiff, Kathua. Parvin Pandoh, Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Samba has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Jammu.
Sushil Singh, Munsiff Jammu has been transferred and posted as Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Billawar. Slahudin Ahmad, 1st Additional Munsiff, Forest Magistrate, Jammu and Ramesh Lal, Munsiff Mahore have been directed to swap their respective place of postings.
