4 students among 6 injured in accidents

SAMBA, Dec 27: Six persons including four students of a Government school got injured in accidents here today.
As per police sources, two persons were injured when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a truck near SIDCO Complex Phase 1.
The injured identified as Parveen Kumar, son of Madan Lal of Pacci Mandi district Samba and Anil Kumar of Himachal Pradesh were shifted to District Hospital Samba, from where they were later referred to GMC Jammu for advanced treatment.
A case in this regard has been registered at Samba Police Station and investigation started.
Meanwhile, four class 12th students of Government Higher Secondary School Gho Brahmana received injuries, when the car they were travelling in collided with a stranded truck at Swankha Kalah in Ramgarh Sector.
The injured identified as Shubam (19), Sumit (17), son of Jagdish Raj, Deepak Sharma (17), son of Mangal Dass and Rakesh Kumar (18), son of Tarsem Lal, all residents of Kullian were rushed to Emergency Hospital Vijaypur, from where two injured persons were referred to GMCH Jammu for specialized treatment.
Concerned police has taken cognizance in this regard.
