JAMMU, Apr 12: Special Mobile Magistrate Electricity Batote Abdul Nasir has awarded 3 years imprisonment to a truck driver Mohd Fariaz whose negligent driving had led to death of two CRPF personnel in July 2013.
After hearing both the sides, the Special Mobile Magistrate said, “the guilt of the accused for offences under Sections 279/337/304-A RPC stands proved beyond all reasonable doubts. Offender is, therefore convicted”.
Accordingly, court awarded imprisonment for three years to Mohd Fariaz.
