JAMMU, Feb 18: Domana police today arrested three land grabbers for trying to encroach upon the plot of a civilian at Lower Roop Nagar.
The accused have been identified as Rattan Singh alias Bombay Babu and his two sons Rinkash Rakwal and Ranbir Rakwal, all residents of Chinore.
Police said a civilian Manoj Bhushan son of Yashpal Bakshi R/o Chandan Vihar, Lower Roop Nagar, complained that their JDA plot was being encroached upon by Bombay Babu and his sons.
Police have arrested all three accused and booked them under FIR No. 65/2014 and Sections 447, 323 and 34 RPC and 3/25 Arms Act at Domana police station.
