MENDHAR/ RAJOURI, Jan 23: While three houses were burgled at Gohlad in Mendhar last night, three computers were stolen from Govt Middle School at Trala near Rajouri.
Reports said that houses of local SD Sabha president, Satish Sharma, ex-serviceman Mohd Sadiq and Mohd Farooq, all residents of Gohlad were burgled by some unknown thieves during last mid night. The family members of Satish were in Jammu as he is undergoing Medical treatment for the last couple of days. The thieves decamped with gold and cash besides other house hold items. The police party led by SHO reached there in the morning and started investigation. The thieves also took meals in one of the houses.
Meanwhile, three computers reported to have been stolen from the Govt Girls Middle School, Trala near Rajouri last night. On the complaint of the school staff, the police has taken cognizance of the matter.
