SRINAGAR, Mar 2: Police today arrested three persons in South Kashmir for circulating threat posters allegedly of Lashkar-e-Toiba in Shopian area asking people to observe strike.
The arrested persons have been identified as Faisal Amin Mir alias Chota Geelani, son of Mohammad Amin, Ghulam Jeelani Gatoo, son of Abdul Aziz Gatoo and Ubaid Rashid Mir alias Malira resident of Shopian. Mir’s father works in Tehsil Office Shopian.
Only this week, threat posters of LeT were circulated in parts of South Kashmir. However, the LeT denied having any link with posters.
