SRINAGAR: Two minors drowned in a nullah while playing cricket in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here today. They said the boys were playing cricket near Nallah Tilkaen in Baramulla.
Two minor boys, who were chasing a cricket ball, slipped and fell into the nullah. Other people present in the area also jumped into the water to save the minors, but failed.
Bodies of both the minors, identified as Firdous Ahmad Reshi and Abdul Rouf Shiekh, were fished out, they said. (AGENCIES)
