BHADERWAH, May 22: A Forest team seized 13 big Deodar timber scants from a kiln in Bhaderwah area of district Doda today.
Official sources said that a Forest team led by Range Officer, Neeru Haroon Khan, assisted by FPF men launched operation under the supervision of DFO Bhaderwah T B Singh today and recovered 13 logs of timber of Deodar species. The area falls in Compartment No. 57 of Neeru Range. They had hidden these logs under bricks. The team booked Mohd Shafi and Mohd Sarwar of the same area in this connection.
