KATHUA, Mar 2: A woman was injured after her scooty was hit by a TATA Mobile at Hiranagar today.
Identified as Rama Kumari, Wife of Manohar Lal of Hiranagar, the woman received grievous injuries and she was referred to GMC Jammu for special treatment by doctors from SDH Hiranagar after giving first aid where she was taken for treatment earlier.
Police said Rama Kumari who was driving a scooty while taking a turn at sharp curve was hit by a TATA Mobile and received serious injuries. The police shifted her to SDH Hiranagar where from doctors referred her to GMC Jammu in view of the grievous injuries received by her.
Hiranagar police has registered a case in this regard under relevant sections of the law.
