JAMMU, July 22: Senior leader of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) Vikramaditya Singh today visited many villages of Marh block to take stock of the people’s problems.
While addressing a series of public meetings at Saharan, Lahori Chak and Chargali in Marh block, Vikramaditya Singh said that his first priority is to provide basic amenities to the people at their door steps.
People of the area complained the MLC about water logging, faulty drainage system and decades old electricity wires due, which results into frequent power failure. The common issue of blacktopping of main road and link roads was also taken up with the MLC.
Vikramaditya Singh assured the people that he would solve their problems on priority. He further assured that all issues raised by the residents would be brought to the notice of the concerned authorities for immediate solution.
Also present during his visit included Vikram Singh Langeh, Surat Singh Manhas, Ghar Singh, Balbir Singh, Kuldeep and others.
