SRINAGAR, Jan 24: Police has booked some officials for selling 180 bags of cement and arrested two in Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said on specific information, police raided a spot and seized 180 bags of cement, which were allegedly sold by a Government department to Manzoor Ahmad who had further sold these to Rafiq Ahmad Shah.
An FIR number 19/2015 under Sections 420, 379, 409, 120 has been registered in Police Station Anantnag and investigation has been taken up. The duo have been arrested and are being questioned to ascertain the further clues, the spokesman said.
