JAMMU, Jan 4: State president of Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan has sought action against the culprits involved in the 2010 Kashmir unrest and 2013 communal riots in and Kishtwar.
Talking a dig on previous regime  for not taking action against the anti-national elements involved the 2010 and 2013 violence, Rajiv Mahajan, while addressing a press conference here today,  asked the State Government to  immediately  arrest the  culprits as Justice Koul and Justice Gandhi Commissions have submitted their respective  reports.
Following the violence and riots in Kishtwar, the then National Conference-Congress Coalition Government had constituted one-man Commission, which was assigned the task to probe the circumstances that led to communal violence in Kishtwar after Eid prayers on August 9, 2013. Justice Gandhi Commission report, he said, has indicted around 60 civil and police officers and leaders in the violence.
The report of Justice Koul Commission, that was also appointed by the NC-led Government after the State High Court directions to probe 2010 killings, has also been submitted to the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, recently.
Rajiv Mahajan appealed the Chief Minister to make the Justice Koul Commission report public and take action against the anti national elements involved in the violence.
