The new job policy under SRO 202 of 2015 for new recruits for all the posts advertised in June 2015 has come into force. But, the problem with the new policy is that new recruits will get around Rs 7000-8000 per month without having any increments for first five years of service. Such a policy is sheer injustice to the highly qualified youth of the State. How can they run their families and how can they manage their livelihood? The new policy has created frustration and anger among the youth. Moreover, this SRO applies also to police forces in the State which is very shocking as police services are emergency services. We request to the State Government to revoke the policy as soon as possible.
