SRINAGAR, Dec 27: Police today arrested three burglars in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district and recovered stolen goods from their possession.
A police spokesperson said a case of burglary at a shop located in Old General Bus Stand Anantnag was registered in the concerned Police Station. The investigation was immediately started and during the process three persons were found guilty.
He added the three accused who confessed their crime were identified as Umar Mukthar Dar, son of Habibullah Dar, Mubashir Ahmad Dar, son of Mansoor Ahmad Dar and Aasif Ahmad Rah, son of Gh Mohd Rah, residents of Rahpora Khudwani, Kulgam.
Meanwhile, a case vide FIR No. 314/2017 under sections 457, 380 RPC was registered against the accused.
