JAMMU, Sept 2: High Court today directed the State to make promotion to the post of Girdawars strictly in accordance with the J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 and Rules.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by Abid Rashid Mughal and others.
After hearing Advocate FS Butta for the petitioners whereas AAG HA Siddiqui appearing for the State, Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur disposed of the petition with a direction to the State.
