Lost bag traced out, handed over to owner

JAMMU, Jan 11: Satwari police along with Indigo Airlines traced out a lost bag and handed over to its owner.
As per police spokesman, on November 21 last year, a complaint was lodged by Pawan Kumar, son of late Mela Ram Sharma of PWD Colony Kathua with Police Station Satwari stating that his niece namely Sharuti Sharma, daughter of Ram Dass Sharma of Shaheedi Chowk Kathua was going to Delhi from Jammu by Indigo Airlines on November 17, when she lost her red color bag containing silver utensils, diamond platinum ring costing around Rs 2.5 lakh, mangalsutar, ATM cards, Credit cards, PAN cards, 1 pair of golden ear ring, one branded goggle, 120 dollars and branded clothes.
By the strenuous efforts of a team from Police Station Satwari and Indigo Airlines, the lost bag was found in Pune Airport today.
The bag was brought back to Jammu Airport and handed over to the legal heirs along with all the valuable items, which were in it.
