KATHUA/ REASI, Jan 27: A kucha house was collapsed in remote Bani area last night while 37 sheep were killed due to rain and snowfall in Arnas area of Reasi.
Reports from Bani said that kucha house of one Neema Devi, wife of Param Ram was collapsed due to heavy rain last night near Bani town. A portion of the house had suffered damage due to recent rains and the family was alert. No loss of life was reported but some house- hold goods were buried under the debris. The Revenue officials and police visited the house today.
Reports from Reasi said that 37 sheep of one Liaqat Ali, son of Kalu, resident Marot Salal died due to extreme cold and rains yesterday. Arnas Police along with Veterinary team visited the site and took cognizance of the matter.
