SRINAGAR, June 22: Army today foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in Keran sector killing one militant.
Sources said that Army today launched a massive operation in Keran sector of the LoC in Kupwara after reports that a group of 5-6 infiltrators had managed to sneak in.
Army including special forces launched a massive searches in the forests near the LoC in Keran sector and killed one militant so far. They recovered one AK 47, one rucksack, one radio set, one magazine pouch, one knife and some eatables.
