JAMMU, May 11: A woman has been murdered by her husband in Nanak Nagar area, falling under the jurisdiction of Gandhi Nagar police station.
As per police sources, a woman was murdered by her husband Ghansham, a resident of Madhya Pradesh in Nanak Nagar area owing to some family dispute.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and arrested the accused.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of GMCH Jammu for postmortem, which will be conducted tomorrow.
A case in this regard has been registered at Gandhi Nagar police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind the murder.
