UDHAMPUR, Nov 28: Prime Modern Caterers (PMC) has come up with a new restaurant at Udhampur, near Dak Bunglow, under the name and style “PMC Bhujiawala” first of its outlet in Jammu & Kashmir.
PMC Bhujiawala is an authorized dealer of ‘Haldiram Bhujiawala’ for packed products. All expertise is adapted from “Haldiram Bhujiawala”. All the staff members are a part of “Haldiram Bhujiawala” Delhi itself.
The restaurant has a well maintained capacity of 120 covers and is providing more than 100 items in its menu, which include, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, Combos, different type of Chaats and various mouth watering delicacies of Haldiram Bhujiawala.
As far as sweets are concerned they have the best and wide range of items in Ghee Sweets, Kaju Fancy Sweets, Khoya Sweets and Bengali Sweets. The most popular are Kaju Strawberry, Mewa Bites, with different flavours – Kaju Mango, Kaju Chabdi and from the Bengali section, it includes Malai Roll Chamcham, Cream Roll, Fried Cup, Indrani Cup, Anarkali and numerous varieties of different Ladoos.
The restaurant is also having a banquet hall with a capacity of 100 pax idle for get together, birthday parties and anniversaries.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the promoters are in the hospitality industry from the last three decades i.e. Anand’s Director’s of Trans Asia Hotels Pvt Ltd who owns the prestigious Hotel Asia Jammu Tawi, Jammu, Hotel Asia Shripati Katra, Anand Farms, NH One and Sahni’s who are the owner of Modern Whiteners. They have put best of their efforts and experiences to set up this unit.
