JAMMU, Feb 6: State Government has issued instructions to all Administrative Secretaries to submit the study leave cases to the Finance Department and the General Administrative Department (GAD) for their concurrence in advance and within the stipulated time frame to ensure that the officers and officials proceed for study leave outside the State only after fulfilling all the laid down requisite formalities.
A circular to this effect was issued by General Administrative Department (GAD), here today.
