SAMBA, Mar 13: Ghagwal police rescued 13 bovine animals which were being carried in a 12 tyre truck bearing registration number JK2A/3185 yesterday.
According to police a team of Ghagwal Police led by SHO P/S Ghagwal Rajeshwar Singh intercepted the truck during a naka and on checking police found that it was carrying 13 bovine animals.
The police seized the truck and rescued the bovine animals. A case under relevant sections of the law was registered.
