UDHAMPUR, Dec 2: Police arrested a bootlegger along with 38 pouches of illicit liquor.
As per reports, a police team headed by SI Shamsher Singh during checking on Ramnagar-Basantgarh link road, apprehended a bootlegger and recovered 38 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Swaran Singh, son of Shunku Ram of Dhanwalt.
A case under FIR Number 144/16 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered and investigation started.
