JAMMU, Feb 10: Bimla Devi, a resident of Malad village in Pouni, Reasi, progressive woman farmer of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Reasi of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu (SKUAST-J) has been conferred with the ‘Best Entrepreneur Award’ in a function organised by (SIDAVES) in collaboration with SKUAST-J and SKUAST-K recently at SKUAST-J campus.
The award has been given to Bimla for the promotion of value addition in fruits and vegetables to augment the income of rural women in hilly and remote areas of the district.
