JAMMU, Mar 13: Bakshi Nagar police arrest an absconder, who was evading his arrest since lone.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Bakshi Nagar police station conducted raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since long.
The accused has been identified as Rishi, son of Raj Kumar, a resident of Resham Ghar Colony.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 8/2008 under Section 451, 147 and 323 RPC. Arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC also stands issued against the accused by Court.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SDPO West Nikhil Rasgotra and assisted by SHO Bakshi Nagar Inspector Ashwani Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
