Nirvana Academy organises Dogri music concert

JAMMU, Mar 27: Nirvana Academy in collaboration with J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages organized a Dogri music concert ‘Music with a Mission’ at Spring Blossoms Public School here today.
The concert was organised to promote Dogri regional and folk music among the youth and school going children.
Vikrant Dogra, Vice President Federation of Indian Blood Donors was the chief guest on the occasion while Sumit Sharma, noted Musician was the guest of honour. The programme commenced with the welcome address by Hitesh Badyal, founder of Nirvana Academy followed by a Dogri group song by school children.
A Dogri music concert was presented by various Dogri Folk and Regional Artists of Jammu.
Deepak Kumar, Shivankur Bharti, Kuldeep Kumar, Anmol Amla, Sanjay Kumar, Seema Dogra, Nandini Kapoor and Chandini Kour mesmerized the audience with Regional and Pharai Dogri Songs.
Music Director, Sumit Sharma, Amit Sharma, Sonu, Rakesh and Neeraj accompanied the singers on musical instruments.
Vikrant Dogra and Meenakshi Sharma of Nirvana Academy also spoke on the occasion while Tanuja Chahar and Rohit Sharma anchored the programme.
