SAMBA, May 28: Samba Police booked four persons under relevant sections at Police Station Samba, Vijaypur and Bari Brahmana for disobeying quarantine rules and not reporting to their designated Administrative Quarantine Center (QC).
All the four persons were checked at Lakhanpur corridor on 26.05.2020 by concerned authorities and were asked to report at Administrative Quarantine Centre, Thandi Khui, Vijaypur. But they violated the quarantine rules and not reported at their designated QC. They have been identified as:-
Mintu Singh, S/o Gora Singh and Sonu Singh S/o Gursewak Singh both of Moga, Punjab employees of IGC phase-II, SIDCO Samba. The were booked at P/S Samba under FIR No. 135/2020 U/S 269/270/188 IPC.
Chetan Singh S/o Gurnam Singh of Shiv Nagar, Vijaypur was booked at P/S Vijaypur under FIR No. 93/2020 U/S 269/271/188 IPC, 51 (b) Disaster Management Act.
Ajay Kumar S/o Nirmal Singh R/o Kangra, Himachal Pardesh A/P Dhyansar, Kartholi, Bari Brahmana was booked at P/S Bari Brahmana under FIR No. 115/2020 U/S 270/188 IPC, 51 Disaster Management Act.
