YCET organizes cultural fest ‘Urja’

JAMMU, Oct 25: The cultural club ‘Spice’ organized a cultural fest “Urja” for all the students of Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology today.
With great enthusiasm and fervor, the first activity of the day was Carpet Making which involved artistic decorations of floor with flowers. Later to make it a joyful day for the attendees, a series of tradition and indo-western activities were organized which included Flower Show, Sweet Miniatures, Tattoo Making, Thali Decoration, Paper Bag Making and Selfie Competition.
The whole institute reverberated with energy and enthusiasm. The students from all the branches actively participated in these events. The function concluded with the address by Director YCET, Prof (Dr) AK Srivastava.
Administrative Secretary, Nidhi Jamwal, Chief Coordinator, BR Verma, Coordinator, Student Affairs Rajneesh Magotra, Coordinator, Planning and Development, Dinesh Gupta and HoDs of all departments attended the event and motivated the students to be active in such activities.
